For more than four decades, Stephanie Kocielski has worked as a hairstylist, educator, art director, and ultimately as VP of Key Customer Relationships at John Paul Mitchell Systems. She has stood behind the chair, on the stage teaching other stylists, and in the boardroom shaping how a global brand talks to its artists.
Through every one of those rooms she held to the same belief: relationships built on trust, and work done with focused vision, are what last. That is as true of a haircut as it is of anything else she has built.
